Aims and Scope


Objectives

  • To expand interdisciplinary research focused on pilgrimage centers, particularly the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza.
  • To globally promote the cultural and religious heritage of pilgrimage centers, especially the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza.
  • To strengthen the connection between science and spirituality by examining religious teachings and the role of sacred centers in addressing contemporary challenges in urban societies.
  • To support applied research in the urban ecology of pilgrimage centers.
  • To establish an international network of researchers for producing scholarly content related to the issues of pilgrimage centers, including the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza.

Vision

  • To become a leading academic reference in interdisciplinary studies related to pilgrimage cetners and the Razavi heritage.
  • To foster the convergence of cultures, Islamic denominations, and religions.
  • To influence macro-level policymaking in urban, educational, and cultural domains based on research findings published in the journal.
  • To achieve indexing in reputable international databases to enhance the journal's visibility and credibility.
